 Cancellation Policy

At Magic Touch by Ella, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone’s scheduling needs, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice:

• First Occurrence: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice for the first time, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.
• Second and Subsequent Occurrences: Any additional cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Tardiness Policy   

At Magic Touch by Ella, we strive to provide every client with the full, relaxing experience they deserve. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our staff’s time, we have the following tardiness policy:

• Late Arrivals: If   you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that we can accommodate other clients as scheduled.
• Charges: The full cost of the scheduled service will apply, regardless of the shortened session length due to late arrival.

We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to enjoy your entire session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
